Tariff

We welcome up to 6 people in a choice of 2 doubles and one twin room. 

Minimum of 2 nights B&B over July and August weekends (if available - normally only Self-Catering).

B&B is £110 per double or twin room.  There is a £10 supplement per room for one-night stays.  We don’t charge extra in the school holidays!  

Costs (all seasons): 

     One room: £110 per night (for up to 2 people).

     Additional + £40 per guest, per night, for each of 3 or more persons.  

    ..or + £20 per child (12 or under) per night.

We don’t charge extra in the school holidays, and we do not charge a booking fee.  

Your booking includes breakfast of your choice: fresh fruit, toast, cereal and full English breakfast in any combination, and you choose the time.

We don’t charge any extra during peak times.

All bookings are held in the diary for 7 days until receipt of a £30 deposit per night / per room, which should be paid using one of the methods below.

Full payment is due before arrival.  

We can take card payments over the phone.

You can settle your final bill with cash, BACS transfer, credit card or PayPal.

We will contact you about a week before your stay to arrange final payment and check-in details.

Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you have read and understood the details regarding this 18th Century historic cottage.  In places the ceiling is lower than 2m, and the stairs are quite steep.  Your booking is an agreement that you understand the risks, take good care and that you accept responsibility for any injury. 

£30 Deposit per night / per room

We ask for a deposit to ensure that your booking can be confirmed.  The dates you choose are then marked as unavailable.   If for any reason you have to cancel, your deposit will be returned in full, provided we have sufficient notice to be able to fill the vacancy with another booking.  

Gift Vouchers

Want to make your loved one a special present, a weekend break, a much needed holiday?   We will take your open-ended booking, valid for two years, and send a nicely printed gift voucher by post to the address of your choice, or back to you if you want to hand-deliver.
